CAMDEN Corporate Fleet Services has announced details of its new internet-based vehicle remarketing system. The system aims to increase customer service and profit potential by giving low cost access to a number of remarketing channels.

The software technology has been developed by automotive e-commerce specialists q.bit Systems. It is updated in real-time, allowing Camden's in-house remarketing team and its trade customers to view, sell and purchase vehicles based on the most up-to-date data available.

Camden Corporate Fleet Services' customers include daily rental companies and vehicle manufacturers and the new technology aims to support and allow further expansion and development of its business-to-business used vehicle remarketing division.

Camden's business development and marketing director Jeff Peyton-Bruhl said: 'This is just another example of the investment we are making in innovative concepts that can grow our business and bring new levels of support to customers, be they buyers or sellers.

'We now have a remarketing operation that can handle significant volumes of nearly new vehicles for both daily rental companies and vehicle manufacturers looking to exploit routes to market.'
