An Elite offering for Continental

A NATIONAL landscaping company has employed an incident management specialist to deal with insurance claims across its 400-vehicle fleet.

Elite Incident Management is to deal with incidents across Continental Landscape's fleet, through the provision of services such as internet-based tracking, a collection and delivery service for commercial vehicles and an uninsured loss recovery service including legal assistance.

Continental has a fleet of 400 commercial vehicles and 20 cars which are all covered with Elite in the event of an accident, including an immediate replacement for vehicles if they are off the road.

Paul Rhys-Davis, fleet manager at Continental, said: 'Using Elite has made a terrific difference to us and one of the biggest plus points for us is the rapport between our insurers, underwriters and brokers. The communication channels have been very good and we are kept informed all the time.'
