TRANSPORT giant Arriva has reported a jump in turnover and profit at its rental operations following a focus on organic growth in the business.

Arriva Vehicle Rental operating profit grew to £6.1 million, before goodwill amortisation for the six months to July, compared to £5.2 million for the same time last year. Turnover grew to £55.2 million from £40.6 million.
