Glass's marks up Hyundai Terracan residuals

RESALE values for Hyundai's Terracan are showing a marked increase, according to Glass's Guide which has predicted the 2.9 CRTD manual will retain £7,304/41% after three years/60,000 miles.

The Terracan automatic is also predicted to hold £7,694/41% after the same period according to Glass's.

Jason King, forecasting editor for Glass's Guide, said a combination of styling, low engine noise and roomy interior helped the Terracan achieve high residuals, alongside a low price and warranties offered with the model.

He said: 'What really swung it was its low list price. The five-year warranty also definitely helps.'
