THE London Borough of Newham has ordered 23 Citroen Relay 1100 and Berlingo 600D LX vans, bringing its fleet of Citroens to over 100 vehicles.

The borough's housing repairs and maintenance division will use the vans on a three-year/36,000-mile contract hire agreement with TransLinc.
The vans have been adapted to include roof racks, first aid equipment, window guards, roof lights, reverse alarms and security equipment.
