LEASING company Days Contract Hire has installed cfc's Contract Manager system in a bid to improve customer service levels.

Customers are now able to access information from one portal and Aled Williams, general manager at Days Contract Hire, said: 'Using the software has enabled us to upgrade all of our customer-facing material significantly. The quotes that we now email out to customers are more customer-friendly.'
