AN error in the Fleet News Europe 2003 Tax Guide meant a figure was printed incorrectly.

On page 57, in the UK tax article, it states that 'business customers may also recover up to 100% of the VAT on daily car rental charges for business journeys of not more than five days'. This should have read 10 days.

We would like to point out that this was an error at Fleet News Europe and not because the wrong information was supplied to us by PricewaterhouseCoopers, which provided extensive country-by-country tax analysis for the guide.
