Power outputs will range from 163bhp to 360bhp, with an AMG-tuned eight-cylinder engine becoming available for the first time.
The transition from roadster to coupe takes 22 seconds as the folding hard roof is moved into place by electric motors, and Mercedes-Benz is launching a new neck-level heating system called AIRSCARF, delivering a flow of warm air from the head restraints.
Options will include automatic climate control, satellite navigation and a seven-speed automatic transmission.
