FLEET and fuel management company Arval PHH is rebranding itself as Arval after a review by parent company, the French banking group BNP Paribas.

The new name, and a new logo, will be rolled out over the coming months and will cover all of Arval’s European operations, including the UK.

Robert Pieczka, marketing director at Arval in the UK, said: ‘We now have a modern, clear brand identity which allows us to capitalise more effectively on our relationship with BNP Paribas. It clearly identifies Arval as part of a global network, simplifies communication and creates greater clarity around our service offering to both customers and prospects alike.’

Arval has also announced plans to move its purchasing system online in a bid to reduce costs. The group is planning to eventually source all its vehicles across Europe electronically. and will be using the Leaselink system from Ebbon-Dacs.

Arval is hoping to improve its online reporting and status information as well as slashing costs by using the system.
