MITSUBISHI has cut prices of 2005 Shogun models by up to £2,200, with the range now starting at £21,499 on-the-road for the three-door Classic, rising to £32,499 for the five-door Shogun Elegance.

A short wheelbase Elegance joins the range, while customers will also have the choice of a five-speed manual transmission with the range-topping Elegance models.

The Shogun Warrior long wheelbase has been cut by £1,000 and is now available for £31,499, while the £27,999 short wheelbase has gained a 10-CD autochanger and Smartnav satellite navigation to bring it up to the level of the LWB.

The 2005 Shogun Sport retains the £2,000 price cut introduced earlier this year, ranging from £16,999 to £21,999 on-the-road, but has a redesigned front end. A dual-fuel LPG variant is available for £24,199 on the road.
