ITM Group joins the sat-nav revolution

A TECHNOLOGY provider that supplies groups such as the Home Office and the NHS with communication systems is the latest fleet to add satellite navigation for its drivers.

The ITM Group has ordered 10 Astravans complete with satellite navigation to boost its 25-strong fleet.

Mike Weston, group managing director at the ITM Group, said: ‘We wanted to provide our people with the best means of reaching our customers efficiently and effectively, and the Astravan fitted with satellite navigation proved the perfect solution as it is also the ideal size to carry the sophisticated technical and diagnostic equipment we require.’

ITM will run the new fleet on a three-year/120,000 mile finance lease contract with Hacfield Leasing.
