ACCOUNTANCY giant Ernst & Young has signed a deal worth £9 million with Zenith Vehicle Contracts.

Zenith will finance and manage its company vehicles over the next three years. Ernst & Young HR procurement manager Jill Higgins said: 'We will be looking at different ways to manage our fleet through added value opportunities and to keep it as an integral part of our overall benefits policy.

'For example, Zenith will be contributing to the firm's 'self-service' approach by providing on line ordering and bespoke driver and key contact web interfaces, which will also deliver streamlined management processes.'

The new arrangement covers the full outsourcing, including accident management, of Ernst & Young's 500 company cars.

Zenith will also provide accident management for a further 250 vehicles belonging to the firm's partners.
