TECHNOLOGY group WS2 has launched a new vehicle tracking system, developed specially for fleets of refrigerated vehicles.

The new product, called Vista-Therm, uses internet and mobile phone technology to track vehicles. Fleets can opt to link to a central security centre which the group claims reduces vehicle theft and the software also alerts fleets to faults in the cargo or breakdowns which can alter the temperature in the vehicle.
