RAC Auto Windscreens has introduced a new software system to speed up service levels for customers of GE Capital TLS.

The software gives RAC Auto Windscreens access to GE Capital's fleet database, enabling the windscreen repairer to access details on fleet vehicles and authorise orders.

Alan Grear, major accounts executive for RAC Auto Windscreens, said: 'We constantly review our systems to improve customer service delivery and this often involves working with the customer to develop a bespoke solution which meets their individual needs.'
