One-call upgrade

LLOYDS TSB autolease has upgraded its ServiceTrak one-call driver service and maintenance booking facility.

Using the 1link Service Network e-commerce platform as its backbone, it has overhauled the system so nearly all work can be booked with service and maintenance providers online. This means a booking can be confirmed in seconds rather than minutes or hours, massively improving accuracy, and reducing costs significantly, the company says.
