FLEET decision-makers have put health & safety and risk management issues at the top of their agenda for this year as they come under increasing pressure to ensure they meet their duty of care to drivers.

The threat of new legislation that could see decision-makers in the dock if they don't ensure drivers are properly trained has meant companies have started to look more closely at their current risk management standards.

This Fleet News survey, carried out in association with Nissan, is designed to provide a snapshot of the current approach to risk management in Britain's fleets. It is designed to focus on key areas where risk management could have an impact.
