Daihatsu boost

TWO new Daihatsu models have given the manufacturer a sales boost in the UK, with a 42% year-on-year increase in February.

It follows a record January in the UK for the manufacturer with an increase of 138% over the previous January.

The sales increase follows the launch of the new Charade city car in spring 2003, priced from £6,295 on the road, and Copen convertible in December.
