BMW has extended its inclusive service package across the range, making it easier for fleets to budget for wholelife costs, the group has claimed.

The new package means fleets running BMWs will have access to five years/60,000 miles of maintenance-free ownership for a fixed fee.

The scheme now includes models such as the Z4, X3 and X5 alongside the BMW 5-series, 6-series and 7-series which are already included in the deal.

Prices for the package include £950 for the Z4, £1,000 for a 5-series, £1,200 for an X3 or X5 or £1,250 for a 6-series or 7-series.

A BMW spokesman, said: 'We have introduced the Service-Inclusive package to standardise things. It makes ownership easier and makes costs easier to budget for.'

The group has also extended its online package for the 5-series. For an initial fee of £450 and an annual fee of £120, fleets can access BMW's mobile internet portal on the vehicle's iDrive controller.

The spokesman said; 'This is an added bonus with the iDrive. If a company car driver is doing 50,000-miles a year, it makes business easier. They are able to access information such as hotels, restaurants and local car parks.'

The online package also provides access to news and weather reports and a directory inquiry service, all displayed on the standard fit display screen.
