ESTATE services group Jones Lang LaSalle has outsourced its fleet management following a review of its company car scheme.

The group, which runs a 200-strong fleet, has outsourced management to Hitachi Capital Vehicle Solutions, which will deal with all aspects of the company's cars.

Hitachi will provide services including driver assistance, accident management, pool car management, reports and disposals provision.

Sarah Woolridge, fleet manager at Jones Lang LaSalle, said: 'It is important our business partners understand our culture and strategic business aims. On a day-to-day basis, we will get the instant response we need from our dedicated account handler. We will also receive the proactive advice we need to manage the fleet more effectively than before.'

More than 300 of Jones Lang LaSalle's employees will also be offered a personal leasing scheme as part of the outsourced package.

Hitachi Capital's regional business manager Richard Seaward added: 'We will be looking for ways in which we can make the operation more efficient than before, giving Jones Lang LaSalle access to more information and ultimately giving them more control over its fleet.'
