Janet Eastwood, head of product management (fuel) at Arval PHH, said: 'Fuel purchasing is not a simple issue. The changing tax on free private fuel, rising forecourt prices and implications of the EU's sixth VAT directive have a significant impact on how companies buy their fuel.'
