ALL Fleet Services is providing outsourcing support to Hitachi Capital Vehicle Solutions' driver helpline.

The company is handling calls from drivers for service bookings, accident management referral and foreign travel documentation.

It is also managing Hitachi Capital's cover-24 helpline, which is available to drivers 24-hours-a-day, 365-days-a year and deals with calls on a full range of issues.

All Fleet's sales director Geoff Leake said: 'This represents a significant landmark for us as up until now we've only been concentrating on service booking.'

'For several months we've had the technology and capacity to handle a range of driver helpline services but Hitachi Capital is the first major fleet company to outsource these other functions to us.'
