LEASEPLAN is hoping to boost its customer service offering and accelerate its vehicle sourcing process after introducing a new e-procurement system.

The Leaselink system, supplied by Ebbon-Dacs, will be used from October to electronically source new vehicles. Steve West, head of purchasing at Lease-Plan, said: 'Leaselink gives us the functionality that we are looking for, as well as bringing considerable cost, efficiency and customer service benefits.'
