It means LDV's dealer network now has preferred supplier status for service maintenance and repair support.
Under the nationwide agreement, any of the 18,000 light commercial vehicles managed by Lloyds TSB autolease can visit LDV's participating dealers for service maintenance and repair support, regardless of the vehicle's make.
The recently awarded supplier status connects more than 100 LDV service dealers to an electronic communications system called 1Link. The system enables Lloyds TSB autolease to make vehicle bookings and check on work progression.
The companies say this reduces the time spent making phone calls and enabling a much more efficient transaction process.
