GAS safety watchdog Corgi has announced a switch in fleet suppliers following a review of its fleet.

The group is now using Mazda for a four-year supply contract, which also involves Honda and Skoda under a three-badge deal.

Corgi operates a 180-strong fleet and will contract hire the new vehicles on a four-year/ 85,000-mile agreement with Hitachi Capital Vehicle Solutions. Phillippa Caine, company secretary in charge of the fleet policy and winner of the Fleet Risk Management Award 2004.
