PERSONAL Hygiene Services (PHS) has renewed a contract for the finance and management of its commercial vehicle fleet for 2004/05.

The company, which has 1,400 commercial vehicles, has awarded the deal to Godfrey Davis Contract Hire (GDCH) following an intensive tender process.
