FAST-FIT giant Kwik-Fit is piloting a multi-million pound modernisation and refurbishment programme at 20 of its UK centres, and is asking for feedback from fleets on the new plans.

The redesign is aimed at making the centres, including forecourts, reception areas and workshops, more attractive to motorists. Kwik-Fit Fleet sales director Mike Wise said: ‘The focus is on making Kwik-Fit centres more customer-friendly. Visits to centres are mostly unplanned and therefore we want to make motorists’ stay as easy and as comfortable as possible.

‘We hope feedback from fleet operators, company car and van drivers and the public is positive.

‘Early indications are very encouraging and once a roll-out decision has been made the refurbishment programme will take about two years to complete with an investment of about £75,000 at each location.’
