FLEET decision-makers are being encouraged to have their say on the customer service they get from vehicle manufacturers and dealers in a survey carried out by Fleet NewsNet sister-title, Sewells.

Sewells Information & Research is working alongside FNN to produce this year's Fleet Operator Attitude Survey.

Part of EMAP Automotive, Sewells has been the UK’s leading independent retail motor industry researcher for more than 40 years.

Together with FNN, Sewells carries out numerous surveys every year and specialises in researching first-hand what people in the retail and fleet industry think about products and suppliers.

The aim of this annual survey is to see how fleet operators rate the vehicle manufacturers and dealers you do business with - and help to improve the service you receive from them.

The survey is strictly confidential, and as your company's name and address are not required you are assured complete confidentiality.
