NEARLY 800 guests met for a night of entertainment and networking at the annual FN50 Dinner, held in London after the Challenge, Change and the Customer conference at the Hilton Metropole.

As well the unveiling of exclusive research included in the FN50, the evening included the launch of a major new award to recognise exceptional customers services in the leasing industry.

Kerry Shaw (pictured below with Fleet News' acting editor Steve Moody), a customer service representative from Lloyds TSB autolease, was the first winner of the award and received a plaque, two year’s subscription to a magazine of her choice, champagne and flowers, along with the congratulations of the hundreds of people in the audience.

Every person nominated for the award will also be received a certificate, congratulating them on their achievement.

The evening was rounded off by Omid Djalili, ‘the world’s only Iranian comedian’ who also has film credits ranging from The Mummy to Gladiator.
