V5 confusion

FLEETS have been warned that garages are demanding to see a V5 document before they will MoT a vehicle.

Members of the London East region of ACFO, the fleet managers’ association, heard that in some cases drivers were told their vehicle would not pass without it. But members were told that they did not need a V5 to obtain an MoT and that garages were in the wrong.
