DHL goes green

DHL, the world’s leading express and logistics company, will in future take its electricity from green energy sources.

The firm’s 181 UK offices will draw energy from combined heat and power (CHP) sources. Unlike conventional forms of power, CHP puts the heat by-product normally wasted to environmental good use. Power will be supplied by Scottish and Southern Energy (SSE).
