The fast-fit services company is Zenith’s first-tier provider after the fleet management company decided to upgrade its Servicecall operation, which is responsible for the maintenance of its 15,000-strong car fleet.
Kwik-Fit will handle all out-of-hours calls to Servicecall by fleet customers. Zenith commercial director David Loseby said: ‘We decided to bring Servicecall in-house in order to provide drivers with faster response times and a level of service that was commensurate with the growth in our fleet size. Since we did this, the number of calls we have been able to handle has increased by 54%.’
Kwik-Fit has already supplied Zenith with fast-fit services for a number of years.
