FLEET management group Zenith Vehicle Contracts has made three new appointments in a bid to enhance its customer service offering.
Sarah Bloom has joined as implementation and project co-ordinator responsible for liaising with and solving problems for clients.
Sandeep Manku takes on the role of data and risk analyst.
She will look at new methods of analysing and minimising risk in the vehicle leasing industry, focusing on future vehicle values.
Rich McLeod has joined as team leader on accident management at Careline, Zenith’s accident hotline.
RAC Software Solutions has appointed Aidan Rowsome as the group’s new managing director.
Rowsome joins from asset management software group ADB Systems and will be responsible for improving customer service and supporting fleet clients.
He will report to George Webb, group managing director of Lex Defence and RAC Software Solutions.
INSURANCE claims management specialist WNS Assistance has appointed Andy Lewis as claims director.
Lewis joins from Churchill Insurance, where he managed the teleclaims call centres at Bromley, Ipswich and Peterborough.
Prior to that he worked at Royal & Sun Alliance for 20 years in several roles including handling fleet claims to call centre operations.
In his new role, Lewis will be responsible for managing claims for insurance companies, brokers and large fleets.
Three new faces in customer care at Zenith
