    Vauxhall Zafira

NEW styling, an even more versatile interior and increased equipment levels make the new Zafira a hard act to beat. Its predecessor was the best-selling mini-MPV and there’s no reason to think this version won’t be just as popular. Lower seating position and repositioned gearlever improve the driving feel, too. The current engines are carried over and there’s a hot 237bhp VXR version coming in September.

    BMW 7-series

A FACELIFT has seen the 7-series’ dramatic, and controversial, styling toned down for the Mark II version. There’s also a range of new engines and the suspension has been tweaked to give an even sportier edge. Inside, it’s much the same, which means the mighty gadgetron that is iDrive is still present, although in simplified form. BMW UK still won’t import the 4.0 V8 diesel, so the 730d is the obvious fleet choice.
