Road toll plea

LONDON Mayor Ken Livingstone has been urged to suspend the capital’s congestion charge for six months to help restore commercial confidence in the wake of the London bombings.

The Forum of Private Business (FPB) said it is concerned that increasing the congestion charge by 60% the same week as the terrorist attacks will drive business away.
