Volkswagen Eos follows concept C shape

THIS is the production version of Volkswagen’s new Eos, a coupe-cabriolet featuring a metal and glass roof which retracts in 25 seconds.

Looking very similar to the Concept C model shown earlier this year, the Eos, named after the Greek goddess of the dawn, goes on sale in the UK next spring.

There will be a choice of four FSI petrol engines ranging from 113bhp to a 247bhp 3.2-litre V6 and a 2.0-litre diesel with 138bhp.
