BEN benefits

BEN, the Motor Industry’s Benevolent Fund, has received almost £3,000 following a charity event held by BCA Peterborough.

The centre raised £2,670 by selling 19 items which had been donated by BCA’s customers and suppliers. Items auctioned included: a Wayne Rooney football boot, which went for £190, a helicopter flight which sold for £120 and the loan of a Harley Davidson for the day which raised £100. All money raised goes to BEN as part of its centenary fundraising celebrations.
