GROUND maintenance firm ISS Waterers Landscape has signed a deal to put vehicle tracking and telematics equipment in its fleet of vans.

The deal with Police5 Technologies, for its EyeTrax system, will affect 150 vehicles to start with out of a 480-strong fleet.

Using the EyeTrax website, ISS will be able to locate a vehicle and a history of its activities within seconds. ISS commercial director Mark Lusty said: ‘Each of the managers can monitor their teams and gain full knowledge of their movements from the moment the ignition is switched on.’
