The Kerridge Kestrel system will handle the management of assets, incidents and accidents and simplifies the current interface to improve productivity.
TLS managing director Andrew Way said recent growth enabled the move. ‘We have put the tough operating conditions behind us and look forward to bright times ahead,’ he said.
‘Being in this position means we can now make this important investment in core systems, giving us the technology we need to make further improvements. Much of the growth we saw in 2005 was based on higher service levels, and having Kestrel should enable us to bring about further improvements in this area.’
