Some of the most influential figures in the European fleet market will gather in Brussels next month to debate the future of the industry.
The Fleet News Europe Conference will provide a rare opportunity for British fleet professionals to exchange ideas and information with European counterparts in the convivial surroundings of one of Europe’s most dynamic capital cities.
Nearly 30 directors, three vice-presidents and scores of business managers have signed up for the event, to be held on February 8, for one of the biggest networking opportunities of the year.
Among them are directors of leasing and rental firms, manufacturers, software companies and consultancies. Belgium is famous for, among other things, fine chocolates and beer.
The event will play host to presentations from some of the best speakers in the industry, guided by event chairman, Professor Dr Hans-Gerhard Seeba, from the University of Applied Sciences in Wolfsburg, Germany.
Speakers will be representing Europe’s most influential fleet organisations including: ACEA, the European Automobile Manufacturers’ Association, the European Commission, the European Transport Safety Council, Nottingham Business School, OCE, the International Car Distribution Programme France, Jato, Toyota Motor Europe, PricewaterhouseCoopers, BCA Europe, the European Car And Truck Rental Association, and KPMG.
Breakout sessions will focus on leasing and remarketing, with a new session to be added shortly looking at the needs of European fleet managers.
The event is sponsored by BCA Europe, Nobilas Claims and Fleet solutions and Hyundai. It is held in association with the British Vehicle Rental and Leasing Association (BVRLA) and supported by the European Car and Truck Rental Association (ECATRA).
