Card hiccup

DRIVERS trying to buy oil with their fuel card could have problems at branches of Sainsbury’s.

The supermarket has an IT problem that means those trying to put oil on their cards – whatever the brand – will find it automatically rejected.

The problem does not affect fuel and should be fixed within a couple of weeks. In the meantime, cashiers should be able to put the oil purchase through the system manually.
