FLEET operators are invited to take part in a major initiative designed to highlight and reward excellent service from suppliers.

If your supplier has made your business better, then put their name forward and Fleet News will do the rest.

This website offers you the chance to promote best practice by naming suppliers who you feel meet standards set out in its online Charter for Fleet Suppliers.

Revealed by John Maslen, supplements editor/events, at the 2006 Hit for Six conference, the charter outlines the basic standards fleet suppliers should expect from suppliers.

The list of standards is based on original comments from fleet decision-makers at the 2005 Hit for Six Conference and follows extensive industry consultation. To name suppliers, click here then:

Fleet News will check the nomination is genuine.

The name of the company meeting these standards will then be posted on fleetnews.co.uk, along with any comments from the nominee.

Nominations will be dated and after six months removed from the site to reflect the fast-changing nature of the industry.
