VANGUARD Rental has re-aligned its marketing division. Rebecca Madden has been promoted to director, Europe Middle East & Asia corporate marketing.

Sally Hinds has been promoted to head the consumer marketing division. Madden was previously EMEA marketing manager and Hinds was Alamo’s marketing director.
