Have you introduced any major changes since you started as head of marketing?

As the saying goes, ‘If it ain’t broke, don’t fix it’ – and there are plenty of positives about where SEAT is at the moment. The key challenge is to let more people understand what the brand is about and to experience the product.

What’s been your greatest challenge over the past few months?

My key area of focus has been developing our plans for 2007 as we look forward to building on this year’s success.

What’s been your worst day?

I haven’t had one – yet.

What’s been your best career move?

It was when I joined the Volkswagen Group UK in summer 2005.

Does money motivate you? P> I am more motivated by the challenge of the role and working with a great team of people.

What would be your absolute dream job?

Professional golfer – if only I had the swing to match the ambition.
