Fact finding and analysis for benchmarking us and our products. I have also listened to feedback from our centre network and field teams. This has enabled us to challenge ourselves to change what we offer and how we operate as a business.
What projects are you working on at the moment?
Adapting field working practices to maximise our effectiveness in providing support for the Lexus Centre network. We are also completing a further review of our product offering to ensure it meets the needs of a rapidly changing marketplace.
What is the best part about being national sales manager? Being able to put into place some of what I learned while working on a global best practices project prior to my appointment at Lexus Financial Services earlier this year. Can you sum up the motor industry in three words? Challenging, evolving, dynamic.
