PEUGEOT has finally revealed the production version of its 207CC folding top convertible.

Hitting UK roads in March, it will be offered with three engines – a 1.6-litre petrol with 120bhp, a turbocharged version of the same unit with 150bhp and a 1.6-litre HDi diesel with 110bhp. The 207CC uses a similar folding metal roof arrangement to its popular 206CC predecessor which has been a huge success for Peugeot in the fleet market.

Steve Harris, director of fleet and leasing at Peugeot, said: ‘A third of all 206CCs sold go to fleets. We are market leaders in coupe convertibles and have a great history of bringing these cars to fleets. As user-choosers become more open to bodystyles, the more business we will do.’
