Siemens buys out rival finance firm

SIEMENS Financial Services has formed a new automotive business division after buying rival Broadcastle.

Siemens Motor Contracts will be based in Stansted, offering full maintenance contract hire.

Through Siemens Financial Services, the new company will be able to offer customers a range of vehicle funding options, including finance lease and conventional hire purchase.

Richard Taylor, head of sales for Siemens Motor Contracts, said: ‘Our organisation has been providing a highly bespoke vehicle finance approach for more than 25 years.

‘The fact that we have many individual client relationships still going strong after more than a decade is testament to our customer centric approach, as is our use of sophisticated online quotation tools.

‘As a part of the Siemens Financial Services organisation and with the strength of the global Siemens brand, we are clearly moving up a gear as we take our approach to a wider audience.’
