Rover rumour

CHINESE carmaker Nanjing Automobile (NAC) has denied reports that it will move production of MG Rover to Coventry.

NAC was responding to news coverage which claimed the group was in talks to sell the MG Rover brand. The Chinese manufacturer bought the company’s assets last year and earlier this month NAC’s vice-president said the company would hopefully resume MG productions at Longbridge.
