FORD has lifted the lid on its Focus Coupe-Cabriolet ahead of its international debut this week at the Geneva Motor Show.

Featuring a folding metal hold top, the new four-seat Focus will be going head-to-head with Vauxhall’s new Astra TwinTop as well as the established Peugeot 307 CC and Renault Megane CC.

The Focus Coupe-Cabriolet will be available with a choice of three engines when it goes on sale in the UK later this year – a 1.6-litre Duratec petrol unit offering 98bhp and a 142bhp 2.0-litre version.

For fleet drivers there will be the option of a 134bhp 2.0-litre Duratorq TDCi turbodiesel.
