VIRGIN Atlantic has extended its contract with Volvo to supply cars for its chauffeur service.
The deal will see Volvo supply 2,100 vehicles to ferry Virgin’s upper-class passengers to and from UK airports. The cars used will be made up of the V70 estate and the all-new S80 saloon, with the option of using Bi-Fuel and XC90 models.
Virgin chairman Sir Richard Branson said: ‘Volvo and Virgin Atlantic share many core values, with both organisations having passenger safety and innovation as a cornerstone.
‘We also believe that our passengers will appreciate being picked up by the latest Swedish models!’
