TWO new directors were elected to the board of Acfo.

Liz Hollands, fleet manager for property group DTZ, and Phil Redman, fleet manager at IBM, replaced Di Rees, who has retired, and the late John Robinson.

Hollands, who is chairman of Acfo Southern region, received 73 votes, just seven more than Arcadia Group car fleet and travel manager John Pryor, who also contested the seat.

Redman’s appointment was announced in Fleet NewsNet in February and the membership backed this move.

Chairman Tony Leigh and finance director Brian Ingham both retired from the board but stood for re-election. Both were returned to their seats by the membership.

There were 40 spoiled or void ballot papers.
